What should AI decide?
The most valuable thing is often the hardest: knowing which decisions to delegate to AI and which ones stay with you.
You decide to do something. It sounds like one decision, but it usually isn’t: you only find out what needs deciding next when what you’ve made meets reality. It’s really a tree of decisions, and feedback keeps changing its shape.
Classic delegation hands a whole project to a person or team, then waits for it to come back. With AI, you can hand over a single decision and get feedback straight away.
Imagine giving an AI agent its own computer, email and logins. You might be fine with it reading an email and preparing a reply. But sending it? Maybe that decision should come back to you.
That boundary can’t be set once at the start, because every decision changes what’s next. The most valuable thing is often the hardest: knowing which decisions to delegate to AI and which ones stay with you.
